Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
Serves: 2-4
ingredients:
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 package of frozen Tater Tot Rounds – (I use Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns & only 1/2 a package)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- salt & pepper
- Weber N’Orleans Cajun Seasoning
directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees,
- Brown ground beef & drain grease,
- In an oven safe casserole dish combine ground beef and soup,
- add salt, pepper and Cajun Seasoning,
- mix well and spread evenly in casserole dish,
- Top mixture with tater tots (can be used frozen or defrosted),
- Bake uncovered for about 30-40 mins or until tater tots are golden brown,
- Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded cheese over top of tater tots,
- Return to oven to bake until cheese is melted.
Another huge hit with the family and now a new family favorite 🙂

This is the best quick and easy AND tasty casserole. If only the hamburger would brown itself. My whole family loves it. I use cream of mushroom soup and add about a half a can of corn. My friend says it must have green beans instead of corn. And neither of us uses cheese. Never thought of that. Sounds awesome.
