This year, I decided I wanted to not only add to our Christmas decorations but also wanted to seek out unique pieces that actually held a little meaning. Sure, I got some new decor items that are just cute, fun and festive but I also got a few pieces that are a little more special, that will be passed on to our daughter, that have meaning behind them.
One item I searched for was a cute family picture. I saw different variations of these everywhere on social media and loved the look of them. I headed to Etsy to find exactly what I wanted and read reviews as I always do before ordering anything. Lucky for me, I had a great starting point! I messaged Serena with PrettyWildBlogDesign who created my new blog header. She did outstanding with the graphics and Prissy in the header, she was fantastic to work with and really understood my views, and she had prints designs that I was looking for! Serena was definitely my first choice and I’m so glad to discover so many options in her shop.
Serena offers numerous designs which includes two different Christmas designs, each with little details that could be customized. I requested to have the cats included and she was able to do this without any trouble. She’s amazing to work with! She’s insanely patient and easy to talk to, she took my vision (both times) and brought it to life! Serena communicates and asks all the little questions needed to make each piece perfect for the customer, she makes sure any tiny detail is just right! She offers a selection of print designs which can all be customized to create the perfect unique picture. Prints that are perfect for individual purchases or gifting. I already have several more picked out to purchase in the upcoming months.
The print image is sent via a file download that the buyer can have printed as they prefer. I wanted a large print so I purchased the larger size file for the best print quality. I also wanted something besides just a regular photo print. I was thinking more along the lines of a canvas. Since I didn’t quite have the time for a canvas print, I used Shutterfly and had the image printed on cardstock. The cardstock is exactly what I was wanting!
Then I waited (im)patiently for my order to arrive.
And trust me, the wait was well worth it! It turned out perfect!

This is how I want to remember this year, us…all of us… together as a family. Forget all the rest.
It’s especially special to me now after finding out Prissy’s health condition. I’m so glad I had it made instead of waiting. It’s something I’ll enjoy every year and eventually pass along to Abby.

I used a frame I just had laying around the house, it’s not at all what I planned nor what I was going for but I just made do for the time being. I have a vision in mind, just need to get it done! (no glass, another reason I wanted the cardstock.)
I highly recommend PrettyWildBlogDesign! Not only for Christmas but for any unique custom print and custom blog design! I already have my next custom prints in mind and ready to order when she returns from the holidays!
**this is not a sponsored post. I purchased the print for personal use. I’m simply sharing a wonderful Etsy designer and product I love!
That is so awesome. It gives all the Christmas feels. Togetherness, stockings hung by the chimney with care, family pets. The only thing missing is chestnuts roasting. Love it.
This is a great idea! I love it! This is a great keepsake too!
What a nice print! I have looked at getting a similar one made of our family.
