Break Time

Definitely wasn’t planned but I ended up taking a much longer break from blogging than I meant to! Sometimes, life happens and completely destroys all plans and schedules.

Good News?

Maybe…
possibly…
perhaps at least a tiny bit…
life is slowing back down just a little and I can now share the dozens of posts I have tucked away.

Busy Busy

Between end of school, finishing up lessons while dealing with IEP struggles all on top of illness plus helping my mom declutter and pack up her apartment, life become totally insane!

Thankfully, we ended the school year on a good note.

Ugh, that was crazy!

Long story short, new apartment management made big changes so we needed to do a little decluttering plus packing as she prepares to move closer to us.

Totally wiped me out for a week ….

but the best part is all the amazing vintage items I got to bring home!

You all know how much I absolutely LOVE vintage items!!

Especially Pyrex and jewelry, both of which I got incredible little treasures from my mom while cleaning.

Oh my goodness, I love all the amazing vintage Pyrex my mom passed on to me!
Several pieces helped complete some of my sets, a few beautiful new additions to my collection and now a proud owner of a second primary set!

But I think I love the jewelry most of all!
I have always loved vintage items…

I’m a total flower child, love vintage, boho, 60s style and while I have a few pieces that are replicas, I now have authentic pieces straight from the 60s!
Plus they are special because they are my mom’s.
Aren’t these gorgeous!!
